灯し花
和紙をナイフプリーツ形状に折り、ライトの周りを巻きました。プリーツの一枚一枚の和紙の重なりが光の陰影を演出します。また、ライト上部は捻りあげながら巻くことで花の形を作りました。木の皮から削ぎ落とされた和紙の持つ生命力から生まれる花を表しています。

Washi paper is folded into a knife-pleat shape and wrapped around the light. The overlapping of each pleated sheet of washi paper creates shades of light. In addition, the upper part of the light is twisted up and wrapped around to create a flower shape. It represents a flower born from the life force of the washi paper shaved from the bark of a tree.
