kumino
kuminoは組紐の制作工程から着想を得たスツールとサイドテーブルです。本体の下部分と上部分には組紐が貫通していて、組紐の先端には紐を真っ直ぐに張らせるための錘として溶岩石がついています。組紐と組紐のつくる所作の美しさを感じさせてくれる家具です。

kumino is a stool and side table inspired by the braided cord production process. The lower and upper parts of the body have a braided cord running through them, and a lava rock is attached to the end of the cord as a weight to keep the cord straight. This furniture shows the beauty of the braided cords and the workmanship of the braided cords.
